on Data Science

Concentration Area:
Computer Engineering

Graduate Program in Electrical Engineering
Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo

October 25-27, 2017

The science of open data is focused on the publication of observations and results of scientific activities available for analysis, use and reuse. Currently there are international initiatives designed to facilitate open and innovative science that focus on promoting open secure, persistent and robust scientific data.
The Third Workshop will emphasize, the needs of Brazilian research Institutions to define programs to establish a model for managing scientific data. The new level of science and research in Brazil will depend on how these issues are addressed, given the complexity in the organization of scientific data.
